Canvases purchased on the Big Island are delivered stretched and framed with a thin black painted firing strip
Unfortunately, living in paradise has its costs and one of those is shipping to the mainland. Cost of shipping is included in the price of the canvas, your canvas will be shipped rolled in a triangular box, unless special arrangements are made.
Shipping is by Federal Express and usually takes 8 to 10 business days from Hawaii (less time to the west coast more time to the east coast). No COD and can't send to a PO box.
