The woman from this session was at first reluctant to share her deep distrust of men because of her many prior relationships when she had been deeply hurt.  She spent some time reexamining her own emotions and subconscious motivations that kept leading her into hurtful relationships.  The complex webs of her thoughts gradually grew in her conscious awareness and she allowed herself to become more of who she wanted to be. I kept feeling her pain and joy at self discovery. She left therapy much happier with herself and confidence in her ability to cope with her thoughts and feelings is productive and loving ways.
