This painting expresses the happy, joyful, and playful emotions and sometime chaotic behavior or a family therapy session with parents in black trying to hold things together with 5 hyperactive children, 2 twin girls, yellow and blue, and 3 younger boys, reds, pinks, and whites, all clamoring for attention and actively talking and playing with each other and every object in the room.  The therapist tries to contain and help the parents by providing the boundaries of the image so they may assemble a functional family.
